1. Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us (Jumppoweriser.co.uk) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.

2. How to place an order

You can place an order via our website www.Jumppoweriser.co.uk following the prompts given. If you think that you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately using our telephone number.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs with details of your order and further information.

Jumppoweriser will store your data securely and it will not be handed on to any third parties. 

3. Delivery

We only deliver within the UK mainland. For other destinations we can deliver to the nearest, convenient UK port. Any further arrangements are the buyer's responsibility

Jumppoweriser.co.uk shall not be liable for any delay in delivery beyond the suppliers' control.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly by contacting us on our telephone number 0870 486 6674.

4. Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. We will reply within 1 working day of your initial contact.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We can arrange the collection for you; however the charge for this service is typically around £20.00. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. affecting the business.

Please note: Returned Powerisers are subject to a handling fee of 20%, this is a cost that is applied by the distributors and passed onto those customers who wish to return their unwanted stilts.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights- for example, if goods are faulty or inaccurately described.

5. Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
